She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Dobson and Ruby Dobson (Watts). She is survived by: her husband Gerrit Allen Slegers Sr. (Ashley Gawerecki); her children, Gerrit III, Theodore, Natalie and Shaun Hubert Slegers (Nicole Petersen); her grandchildren, Riley Engbarth (Emily) and Gabrielle Alderson (Brody); her great grandchild Parklynn; her son Nathan Bernard Slegers (Jessica Weise); her grandchildren, Carter and Cooper Slegers; her siblings, Jacqueline Connell and David Dobson (Becky); and her nephews, Chad Connell (Deb) and James Connell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Hartquist Funeral Home - Pipestone Chapel (320 2nd Ave SW, Pipestone, MN 56164). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
