She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Clayton Johnson; her son Daniel Wallace Johnson; her siblings, Charlotte Hutchins (Cullin), Elaine Spoors (Jim), Wendell (Ruth), Roman (Doris), Eugene (Mary) and Harvey (Francis); her siblings-in-law, Sydney Johnson and Rosalie Gasow; and her parents, Nicholas Lorentz and Marie Lorentz (Kubishak).

She is survived by: her children, Pam Morson (Steve) of Lafayette, Jackie Wlasiuk (Tim) of Gaylord and Tim Johnson (Coreen) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Nick Morson (Lauren), Alissa Morson (Monte Byron), Amanda Johnson, Robert Johnson and Jordan Wlasiuk; her sister Eleanor Solem (Don); and her sister-in-law Lucille Johnson. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
