She was predeceased by: her daughter Barb Bennett (Jeff); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, Tom (Maureen), Dave (Cheryl), Steve (Patti) and Ellen Lusk (Greg); and her sister Phyllis (Al Malin).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be used in Theresa's memory.
