She was predeceased by: her husband William Bazis; and her siblings, Frank, Agnes Ann and Mary Ann. She is survived by: her children, Janine Ausdemore (Dave) of La Crescent, MN and Tim Bazis (Susan) of Plattsmouth, NE; her grandchildren, Jon, Rob, Brent, Tony, Ryan and Dustin; and her sister Marcie Masik of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Crucifixion School or Church.
