She was predeceased by: her son Bill Dawes; her son-in-law Donald Kibler; her siblings, Viola Bolton (Jim), Pauline Van Dunk (Gordon), Burton Bratberg and Wayne Bratberg; and her nephews, Alan Bratberg and Bill Daniels.

She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Schroeder (Al); her grandchildren, Jake Kibler (Joanne), Karisa Doucet and Becky Danielsen (Doug); her son Geoffery Dawes (Jeanne); her grandchildren, Sara Peters (Blake), Neal Dawes and Lisa Dawes; her great grandchildren, Ivy Dahlquist and Caden Bassett; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nora and Will Danielson; her great great grandchildren, Kobey, Kylie and Ava Bell; her sisters, Irma Jean Daniels and Elvah Ristinen (Robert); her sister-in-law Garnet Bratberg; and her friend Sue Weaver. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
