He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce "Boots" Michalke and Marcella "Babe" Michalke (Randall). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary "Toots" Dahl (Butch) of Eyota, MN, Jack Boma (Ann) of La Crescent, Pete Boma (Cheryl) of Brownsville, MN, Tony Michalke (Janice) of Green Bay, WI, Dick Michalke (Sue) of La Crescent, Jim Michalke (Roxie) of La Crescent and Joe Michalke (Jane) of Hokah, MN; his aunts, Dorothy De Florian, Ione Ross, Mary Fennell (Fred), Diane Randall, Darlene Randall and Katy Gaare; and his uncle Jeff Randall (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
