He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leonard and Alberta Leonard (Hebert); his siblings, Harry A. Leonard II and Deborah Goins; and his brothers-in-law, Wesley Rowe, Karl Langhorst and Rodney Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra of La Crescent; his sons, Guy J. Leonard Jr. (Teagan) and Steven Lowrie (Kristal); his grandchildren, Tanner Lowrie and Vivian Lowrie; his brother Dale Leonard (Diann); and his sister-in-law Shela Leonard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of one's choice.
