He is survived by: his wife Carol Zumach; his children, Katheran Zumach-Rhoads and Aaron James Zumach; his stepchildren, Keith Lewis (Nancy), Dawn Stennes (Dean) and Terry Lewis (Dawn); his grandchildren, Julie Iverson, Katelyn Lewis, Christina Lewis and Bryce J. Zumach; and his great grandchild Brandon Burkhalter.
