He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Haefs and Margaret Haefs (Muenzenberger). He is survived by: his wife Annette L. Reinstra; his sons, Michael (Terrie) and Kenneth (Amy); his grandchildren, Matthew Stegen (Gina), Kelly, Kandis and Ryan Haefs; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Roman, Brynnley and Vincent Stegen; and his siblings, Harley (Carol) of La Crosse, Melvin (Cozette) of La Crescent, Caroline Zoes (Jim) of Florida and Evelyn Bone (Chuck) of Eden Prairie, MN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
