It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald S. Fiegen of La Crescent, Minnesota, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald S. Fiegen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Fiegen and Agnes Fiegen (Bowar); his siblings, Lorayne (Merle Goedken), Alice (Marvin Thomas) and Clarence; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Pierret (Lorna), Kenneth Pierret (Mary Ellen), Donald Pierret and Sister Madonna Pierret.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara (Ronald Walters); his sisters-in-law, Linda Pierret and Phyllis Fiegen; his wife Marlene Pierret; his son Mark (Melanie Kogel); his grandson Greg (Lisa Baldus); and his great grandchild Brian (Susan Solie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren with nine spouses, and 22 great-grandchildren.
The family prefers any memorials be made to Bethany Saint Joseph Care Center or the Alzheimer's Association.
