She was predeceased by: her son Alan; her grandson Andrew; and her siblings, Carl, Elaine and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her spouse Wilmer Horn; her children, Patricia Brown (Bruce) of Houston, MN, Charles Horn of La Crescent, Kathleen Chenault (Conrad) of New Berlin, WI, Amy Trotman (Tim) of Blooming Prairie, MN, Chris Horn (Wendy) and Matthew Horn; her grandchildren, Angela, Aaron, Nicholas, Greg, Benjamin, Emilene, Maria Jo, Kaylin, Cameron, Melissa, Lee, Jill, Allan, Patrick, Chris, Jr., Katie and Clara; and her brother Greg Zumach (Carol).
