He was predeceased by: his father Richard Serbus. He is survived by: his mother Constance Serbus (Loesch) of Kimball; his wife Amy Chastek of Kimball; his daughters, Hannah Knapp (Tyler) of Buffalo and Megan Serbus of Kimball; his brother Mark Serbus (Julie); his parents-in-law, David and Diane Chastek; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Chastek, Robin Chastek (Kim), Julie Bender (Gary), Kristi Zoller (Vern), Kerri Looman (Brad), Kim Werner (Randy), Tony Chastek and Colleen Leaver (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (441 Hazel Ave E, Kimball, MN 55353). A prayer was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
