With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maverick John Mackereth (Kimball, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Maverick shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Maverick farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his parents, Cody Mackereth of Eden Valley and Heather Veldkamp; his sister Candice Melchert; his grandparents, Kevin, Rhonda Veldkamp of Paynesville, Bruce and Michelle Mackereth of Kimball; and his great-grandparents, Arnold, Cheryl Veldkamp of Hawick, Roger and Alice Luebke of Kimball. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
