He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Ettel (Pundsack); his wife Pamela Horn; his daughter Brittany Horn; his siblings, Dale Ettel, Dwight Ettel and Charlene Carpenter; his parents-in-law, Mary Horn, Jeffrey Horn (Jim Burt), Sharon Fuchs (Keith), Lisa Lagred (Aaron) and Dean (Amy); and his nieces and nephews, Dylan Carpenter (Missy), Brett, Brooke Fuchs, Austin Lagred, Kendra and Kylie Horn.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
