She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Holmstrom and Ruth Holmstrom; her husband Charles Nelson; her brothers, Harold Holmstrom, Ray (Dodie Holmstrom) and Edward "Bud" (Albina Holmstrom); and her grandson Brian Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Ted Nelson (Anita), Terry Nelson, Tim Nelson, Lonny Nelson (Diane), Kevin Nelson (Judy), Cindy Rapp (Kyle), Doreen Johnson and Bob Nelson (Jan); and her sister-in-law Shirley Holmstrom. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
