It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Evans of Kerkhoven, Minnesota, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray "Bud" Oscar Paye and Iola Mildred Paye (Andresen); her grandparents, Horace, Hilda Paye (Broderson), Harry and Shirley Andresen (O'Neal); her aunts and uncles, Leonard, Roy Paye, Stanley, Alan Andresen, Marion Reineke, Ruth Kruzefeldt and Dorothy Paye; her sister Gloria Paye; her brother-in-law John Bult; her cousins, Michael Paye and Bradley Patridge; and her nephew Charles Cheney.
She is survived by: her daughter Tasma Paye-Wilke (Patrick Wilke); her siblings, Paula, Jerry Caldwell, Terry Paye and Norene Bult (Craig Eierman); her grandchildren, Alison, Bradley (Alexa Freborg) and Caleigh Wilke; her great grandchild Luca Gordon Herzog; her granddaughter Keaira Tillman; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Hargan, Chad (Bonnie), Chet Palmer, Wendy (Adam), Darren Paye (Brandie Pitts), Christopher, Jennifer Paye, Nick, Nicole DeCathelineau, Ian Caldwell and Carson DeCathelineau.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harvey Anderson Funeral Home (1000 19th Ave SW, Willmar, MN 56201). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hitchcock Methodist Church.
