He is survived by: his mother Ginger Lee Jurek (Maxwell) of Littleton, Colorado; his wife Kimberly Marie Mitteness of Kerkhoven; and his children, Haley Jurek of Littleton, Mason Jurek of Willmar, Joshua Jurek and Anabelle Jurek of Kerkhoven. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
