He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, James Rothers (Stephanie Voxland), Jason Rothers (Laurie), Stacey Tostenson (Kurt) and Jeff Rothers (Suzann Skiple); his daughter-in-law Kara Rothers; his grandchildren, Kelsey (Travis), Heather (Nathan), Bethany, Sara, Austin (Courtney), Samantha, Jordon, Emily Allison (Blake), Jonathan and Ashley; and his sisters, Carmen Peterson (Paul) and Jeanie Espenson (Byron). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
