He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Foss and Shirley Foss (Holmes); and his brothers, Eric, Paul and Ted.
He is survived by: his former wife Candace Verthein; his wife Sharon Martenson; his children, Kjersti Anderson (Mark) of Lewiston, Kollin Foss of Winona, William Foss, Jr. of Cannon Falls and Cody Foss (Annette) of Burnsville; his grandchildren, Brady Rinn-Foss (Laura), Jacob Anderson, Zach Anderson, Lauren Foss, Bella Foss and Hailey Foss; and his siblings, Christine Foss of Red Wing, Mariana McDonald (Mike) of Kenyon, Julie Miller (Bob) of Bloomington, Theron Homeier-Foss of Kenyon and Ramona Djernes (Ken) of Clearbrook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and other relatives and friends.
