He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Froehlich and Neta Froehlich (Stark); his grandsons, Morris Dodds, Jr. and William Daniel Froehlich; and his brothers, Victor (Luella), Samuel (LaVern), Ferris (Carol), Gary and Alvin Froehlich (Hazel).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Froehlich of Kenyon; his children, Judy Berg (Wendell) of Hillsboro, ND, Gene Froehlich (Vickie) of Kenyon and Susan Dodds (Tom) of Kenyon; his grandchildren, Aaron Berg (Angie) of Portland, ND, Brian (Susie Paul-Hus) of Trios-Rivières, Québec, Melissa Keller (Eric) of Albany, NY, Andrea Salik (Luke) of Minneapolis, Kayla Burse (Jeffrey) of West Concord, Michael Froehlich (Bethany) of St. Paul, Sarah Smyth (Ian) of Rochester, Daniel Dodds (Jamie) of Lakeville and Bridget Sands (Josh) of Owatonna; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Alexis, Jacob Berg, Mélina Paul-Hus, Emma, Zachary Berg, Ethan, Elijah, Ainsley, Avonlea Keller, Gabriella Salik, Jackson Froehlich, Key-Lon Burse, Clark, Crosby Froehlich, Molly Wagner, Gabriel, Georgia Dodds, Melody Sands, Skye, Jayden Kirby and Zach Stromley; and his sister Jeanette Borth of Faribault. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Facemask and social distancing guidelines as mandated by the Governor will be observed at the visitation and funeral.
