She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Haugen and Jessie Haugen (Lund). She is survived by: her husband Bobbie Ersland of Kenyon; her children, Peter Ersland (Kris) of Littleton, MA, Becky Wendland of Arlington, SD and Tom Ersland (Christine) of Kenyon, MN; her stepdaughters, Linda Prudoehl (Randy) of Lewiston, MN and LaVae Flemke (Steve) of Evansville, WI; and her brother Orvie Haugen (June) of Gilby, ND.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
