With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Ann (Vigesaa) Johnson of Kenyon, Minnesota, who passed away on August 23, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Trygve Vigesaa and Elsie Vigesaa (Bergstad); her husband Gene Johnson; her son Nate Johnson; her granddaughter Amanda Grace Hagen; her brother Harold Vigesaa; her niece Laura Vigesaa; and her nephew Seth Nelson.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amber Thomas (Chris) of Phoenix, AZ and Samantha Johnson (Sam) of Lake Andes, SD.; her great grandchildren, Kody Mead of Park Rapids, MN, Josie B. and Luke Trygve Thomas of Phoenix, AZ.; her siblings, Loren Vigesaa (Nadine), Dan Vigesaa (Connie), Steve Vigesaa (Teri) and Rebekah Karkhoff (Ron); her siblings-in-law, Dick Johnson (Carol) and Myrna Johnson; and her cousin Jeannie Foss (Maury). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
