It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice A. Bauer of Kenyon, Minnesota, born in Ortonville, Minnesota, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Bauer; and her parents, Clarence Thomas and Ann Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Maki (John) of Kenyon, Tom Dodds (Sue) of Kenyon, Cindy Vavra (Donnie) of Oronoco, Jodi Vanderheiden (Bob) of Alexandria and Jason Bauer (Tricia) of Wanamingo; and her great grandchildren, Henry Bauer (Runice), Yvonne Bauer (late Harold), Haven Bauer (Judy), Helmer Bauer (Linda Cordes), Harris Bauer (Gert), Harlow Bauer (Margaret), Hope Hedtke (Del) and Hershel Bauer (Lois). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.

In leu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Kenyon Fire Department, Wanamingo Fire Department, or Alliana Hospice.
