He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Skundberg and Clara Skundberg (Hanson); and his nephew Daniel Favor. He is survived by: his wife Mary Skundberg of Kenyon; his daughters, Anne Haugland (Dave) of Waconia, Sara Koehler (Scott) of Northfield and Kari Franz (Scott) of Northfield; and his grandchildren, Marya Haugland, Sophia Haugland, Erik Haugland, Katherine Koehler, Sidney Koehler, Lillian Koehler, Emma Torstenson, Sam Torstenson, Matthew Franz, Tanner Franz and Stephanie Franz. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family in an effort to establish a memorial in Gary's name.
