It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Martinson of Kensington, Minnesota, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martinson and Julia Martinson (Gullickson); his wife Beverly Johnsrud; his former wife Hildegaard; his siblings, Jane Lovstad (Russel), Myrtle Alvheim (Cornelious) and John Martinson (Anna); his brothers-in-law, Jerome and James Hagedorn; and his daughter-in-law Josie Martinson.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Martinson (Carol) of Hoffman, Mark Martinson of Kensington, David Martinson (Michelle) of Hoffman, Dale Martinson (Sarah) of Kensington and Kevin Martinson of Rosamond, CA; his stepchildren, Mike Johnsrud (Suzanne) of Orono and Vicki Hines (Wayne) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Hilde, James, Joshua, Jeffrey, Dallas, Ellorie (Chad), Alicia, Andrew, Tanner, Parker, Casey (Lauren) and Roxanne (Raymond); his stepgrandchildren, Kyle (Dawn) and Kasey Reque; his great grandchildren, Alice Martinson, Mckenzie and Madison Liljequist; and his sister-in-law Florence Brosh.
