He was predeceased by: his parents, Odin Langen and Lillian Langen (Clauson); his brother Lynden Langen; his former wife Geraldine Johnson of Kennedy; and his daughter-in-law Charlene.
He is survived by: his children, David Langen (Charlene), Barry Langen (Kristi), Jana Stockham (Gerald), James Langen (Tamara) and Mike Langen (Natalie); his wife Kathryn Rynning; his stepchildren, Rob Rynning (Darlene), Cindy Lennon (JJ) and Tim Rynning (Lisa); and his sister Lois Pagnac (Kenneth). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kittson Memorial Hospital.
