It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Char Langen (Kennedy, Minnesota), born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George, Inez Paulson, Bernard and Evelyn Abele; her aunts, Mavis Paulson and Betty Welch; and her mother-in-law Geraldine Langen.
She is survived by: her parents, Chuck Abele and Georgian Abele (Paulson); her husband Dave Langen; her children, Ashley Stevens (Brady), Kyle and Whitney (Ben); her grandchildren, Barrett and Rylee Stevens; and her siblings, Jeff Abele (Becky), Lori Akre (Dan) and Lisa Neisen (Jeff). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
