He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Ellen Wentzlaff, Linnard and Betty Ugstad. He is survived by: his parents, Pat Wentzlaff and Bill Wentzlaff (Beth); his siblings, Jim Wentzlaff (Kim), Jane Erickson (Scott Kelley) and Sue Erickson; and his children, Courtney McGee (Alonzo Sr.) and Michael Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
