He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, George Thomas Sampson (Carissa Jivery) and Jessica Sampson (Dan Edwards); his grandchildren, Thomas Sampson, Rocco Sampson and Piper Jo Edwards; his sisters, Cleone Zunich Bowen (Timothy) and Georgine McGuire (Larry); and his nieces and nephews, Dana Zunich, Casey Hines and Desi Zunich. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
