He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kuchinka and Elsie Kuchinka (Shetka). He is survived by: his wife Judith Nelson; his children, Kimberly "Kim" Knight (Steve) of Hager City, WI, Jeffrey "Jeff" Kuchinka (Jean) of Faribault, MN, Tamara "Tammy" Kuchinka (Todd) of Faribault, Susanne Miller (Bradley) of Burnsville, MN and Sheila Zavaleta (Bob) of Minnesota City, MN; his sisters, Donna DeGonda (Donald) of Le Center, MN and Arlene Heydt (Mike) of Hauula, HI; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Landry of Baton Rouge, LA, Susan Richardson of Hayfield, MN, Jim Nelson (Barb) of Hayfield, MN, Richard Nelson (Kim) of Hayfield, MN and Gerard Nelson (Daphne) of Stokesdale, NC. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
