We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2024, at the age of 77, Gerald Walter Suhr of Kasson, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Suhr (Wyttenbach) and Wayne Suhr; and his former wife Shirley McQueen. He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his uncle Daryl Wyttenbach of Magnolia, DE; his siblings, Mike Suhr (Rollie) of Minneapolis, Virginia Basseen (Sam) of Oak Ridge, TN and Don Suhr (Terri) of Mantorville; his children, Stacy Turner (Daryl) of Claymont, DE, Adam Suhr (Stacy) of Kiester, MaryBeth Espinoza (Ramon) of Kasson and Mandy Suhr-Sytsma (Nathan) of Decatur, GA; his grandchildren, Megan Stutsman (Ian) of Mankato, David, Aaron Wise of Claymont, DE, Austin Suhr (Shakana) of Austin, Raven Wacek (Tristan) of Kiester, Taige Suhr of Kiester, Carter Espinoza (Carissa) of Rolling Stone, Gabriela, Diego Espinoza of Kasson, Rowan and Rosalind Suhr-Sytsma of Decatur, GA; his great grandchildren, Nehemiah, Lydia, Ava, Ryan Stutsman, Rylan Wacek and Esther Suhr; and his close friend Marla Henson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorials to the Dodge County Historical Society, Dodge County Relay for Life, or the Red Cross. If you are able, please also donate blood in Jerry's honor.
