He was predeceased by: his spouse Mavis Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Barry (Mark) of St. Paul and Lisa Heusinkveld (Kent) of Stewartville; and his grandchildren, Shannon Barry, Alanna Barry, John Barry (Liz), Ryan Heusinkveld (Jen) and Maggie Purinton (Mike).
