He was predeceased by: his son Mark; and his parents, Kennard Bishop and Verna Bishop of Dallas. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his son Peter of Ludlow; his sister Beverly Wagner of Ft. Atkinson; and his nephew Paul Wagner of Fitchburg. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and many dear friends.
