He was predeceased by: his parents, David Chisholm and Gladys Chisholm (Leen); and his siblings, Allan Chisholm of Dean Chisholm and Darlene Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara McKenzie; his children, Julie Cuthbert (Mark) of Hartland, WI, Scott Chisholm (Sara) and Ryan Chisholm; and his grandchildren, Callie, Mackenzie and Mackayla. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
