With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Skoglund of Karlstad, Minnesota, who passed away on March 16, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hanson and Esther Hanson (Christensen); her husband Kermit Skoglund; and her brothers, Calvan and Alvan.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Skoglund of Hallock, MN, Jean Borneman (Mitch) of Karlstad, MN and James Skoglund of Warren, MN; her grandchildren, Alicia MaGaurn (Ryan) of Bemidji, MN and Chad Borneman (Stephanie) of Norfolk, VA; her great grandchildren, Chance Borneman, Colton Gibbs and Logan MaGaurn; her sister Marcine Cunningham of Litchfield, MN; and her sister-in-law Shirley Skoglund of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
