It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Orlo Almlie of Kandiyohi, Minnesota, born in Mayville, North Dakota, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Almlie and Gunda Almlie (Ulland); and his brothers, Curtiss and Marcus. He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie Strom; his children, Jon Almlie (Tami) of Belle Plain, Joel Almlie (Hyang Suk) of Odenton, MD., Joanna Schrupp (Matt) of Willmar and Jennifer Wirth (Chris) of Breezy Point; his grandchildren, Erin, Christopher, Joseph, Aaron, Paul, Paighton, Presleigh and Mae; and his brothers, Curtis Almlie (Marlene) of Arizona and Dale Almlie (Ann) of Washington. He is also survived by ses other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Willmar Public School Foundation are preferred.
