We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2025, at the age of 54, Kent T. Keeler of Kabetogama, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Keeler (Thomas). He is survived by: his father Corwin F. Keeler; his wife Dawn Keeler (Walstrom); his children, Ashley Hofer (Eddie) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kolby Keeler of Kabetogama, MN, McKaylea Johnson (Cory) of Marshalltown, IA, Spencer Slade (Ellie) of Milaca, MN and Parker Slade of Milaca, MN; his grandchildren, Brayden, Hayley, Everlee, Riley and Cove; his siblings, Kendra Nestrud of Marshalltown, IA, Kim McKeever (Jon) of Marshalltown, IA and Kristy Keeler of Des Moines, IA; his mother-in-law Lois Walstrom; his siblings-in-law, Lori Peterson (Bill), DeeDee Kahring and Greg Walstrom; and his pet Abel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the American Legion (1301 S 6th St, Marshalltown, IA 50158).
Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
