He is survived by: his father Kevin King (Sally); his sons, Carter and Elijah; his brother Kristopher King; and his stepsiblings, Michelle Nicolia (David), Mack McDonald (Joan) and Blue McDonald (Michelle). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
