He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias Busch and Eleanor Busch. He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Radermacher; his wife Prudence McWaters; his children, Matt Busch (Stacy), Maggie Brokl (Neil), Molly Hergott (Matt) and Aaron Busch (Robyn); his grandchildren, Ella, Brady, Kayla, Jordan, Chase, Sawyer and Collins; and his brothers, Robert and William Busch (Marie).

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be distributed by the family in Mike's name.
