He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Determan of Jeffers; his children, Curt Determan (Amber) of Jeffers, Julie Tully (Mike) of LaCrescent, Travis Determan (Sarah) of Montgomery and Heidi Hill of Windom; and his brothers, Connee Thorstad (Craig) of Alexandria, Kevin Determan (Diane) of Jeffers and David Determan of Jeffers. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one sister.
