He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth of Delft, MN, Michael of Butterfield, MN, Karen Smith (Norman) of Chesapeake, VA and Janine Balthazor (Scott) of Crosslake, MN. He is also survived by four nieces; one nephew; four grandnieces; and two grandnephews.
