He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Melcher and Charlotte Melcher (Hutter); and his parents-in-law, Terrance Sr. and Marcella Conway. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Timothy Steven Melcher (Tiffany) of Janesville, Daniel Richard Melcher (BrieAnna) of Owatonna and Kathryn Louise Anderson (Trent) of Janesville; his grandchildren, Madison Melcher (Grant Huinker), Victoria Podratz, Jahdyn Melcher, Isaac Melcher, Olivia Oestreich, Chase Melcher, Gavin Anderson, Maci Anderson and Colton Anderson; his brothers, Dave Melcher (Jeannie Olson), Ron Melcher and Don Melcher (Susan); and his brother-in-law Terry Conway Jr. (Laurie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Community Church (2200 4th St NE, Waseca, MN 56093). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
