She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Ewert and Hulda Ewert (Nicolai); her husband Vernon Walther; her siblings, Loren Ewert, Marty Ewert and Vera Lundquist; and her daughter-in-law Naomi Walther.
She is survived by: her children, James Walther of Forest Hill, MD, Tom Walther (Dianne) of Waseca, Barbara Flaten (Larry) of Janesville and Judy Seys (Dan) of Janesville; and her sister Arlene Tschirhart of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
