He is survived by: his children, Christie Johnson (Craig) of Janesville, Ken of Waldorf, Chad (Janelle) of New Prague and Sam of Winnebago; his grandchildren, Zechariah, Dakota, Christopher Johnson and Hank Seitzer; and his brothers, Jeff, Randy (Lori) and Todd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
