It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Peter Krapf of Janesville, Minnesota, born in Pipestone, Minnesota, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otto, Dora Krapf, Elmer and Genevive Pedersen; his sister Kathy Jo Krapf; and his nephew Justin Stoltenberg.
He is survived by: his parents, Paul Krapf and Caroline Krapf (Pedersen); and his siblings, Nancy Stoltenberg (Dean) of Jasper, Pat Unger (Walt) of Goodhue, Bill Krapf (Lisa) of Jasper and Barb Krapf of Lismore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (700 S Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
