She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Lou Nelson (Jernagan). She is survived by: her father Robert Edward of Janesville; her sister Ruth Nelson-Lau (Daniel Lau) of Merrill, WI; and her nieces, Jennifer Lau (Ray) and Ashley Henrichs (Jacob). She is also survived by three children.
