It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Fredric Wiebusch of Janesville, Minnesota, born in Menomonie, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Wiebusch and Ella Mae Wiebusch (Rill); his brothers, Richard Wiebusch and Jon Wiebusch; his grandson Brock Ballavance; his sister-in-law Jean Heidenreich; his daughter-in-law Laurie Wiebusch; and his parents-in-law, John and Verma Olin.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wiebusch of Janesville; his children, Adair Ballavance (Brett) of Duluth, Brent Wiebusch (Cinthia) of Eau Claire and Corey (Cinde) of St. Peter; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Trent, Trey, Tyler, Lukas, Keara, Ella, Sienna and Josie; his great grandchildren, Marley, Halvor, Lucy and Sebastian; and his brother Jerry Wiebusch (Rosalie) of Louisville, KY..
In lieu of flowers for Gene's upcoming services, memorial donations may be directed to the Gene Wiebusch Scholarship fund, which will be established in the coming weeks.
