He was predeceased by: his sister Lorna Caduff (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Mark Johnson (Chris) of Farmington, Steve Johnson (Sarah) of Janesville and Laura Porter of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Sheridan Porter, Cameryn Porter of Colorado, Brittnae Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA, Jacob Johnson (Danielle Wolff) of Elysian, Madison Colestock (Nathan) of Dubuque, IA, Kathryn Jewison of Janesville, Max Johnson, Aiden Johnson of Farmington and Kennedy Jewison of Janesville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
