We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2025, at the age of 79, David Edward Schroeder of Janesville, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, David Edward is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that David Edward's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schroeder and Evelyn Schroeder (Ziemke); his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Shirley Schroeder. He is survived by: his brother Jon Schroeder; his nieces, Amy, Julie and Sarah; and his friend Verlayne MacKay.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Janesville - Dennis Steffel Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service (107 N Skookum St, Janesville, MN 56048). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
