He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Beverly Engesser, Stephen and Shirley Spiess; and his great-grandparent Grace Engesser.
He is survived by: his parents, Amber Spiess and Michael Spiess; his wife Ingrid; his sons, Jari and Otto; his sister Cassidy (Don Tontoplaphol); his parents-in-law, Marlis and Barry Olson; his sisters-in-law, Nicole Bowman and Annaka Athman (Austin); his daughter Auri; and his brothers-in-law, Kahler Olson and Berlyn Olson.
